On February 9, 2018, Mr. Ruan, Director of Investment Management Office of Pudong New Area Municipal Committee of Commerce led a team to visit SCGC headquarters.

According to the requirements of Shanghai Municipal Government, leaders at all levels in Shanghai need to hear the voice of grass-root level people which is the implementation of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress. Thus, SCGC is one of the companies that Mr. Ruan decided to visit.

Representatives of SCGC, coming from Top Management Team, Financial Management Team, and Business Development Team participated in the talks and illustrated the difficulties they encountered when they have dealings with the government and relevant departments. On behalf of SCGC, Mr. Xue, the Deputy General Manager, explained the development visions and needs. Mr. Ruan listened carefully and made careful records. He answered the questions related to the Commerce Commission. For issues related to other departments, Mr. Ruan said he would do the coordination with relevant departments to solve the problems after the visit. After nearly one hour of in-depth talk, Mr. Ruan visited the Deputy Monitoring Center of SCGC and he spoke highly of SCGC. He regarded SCGC as an innovative and honesty company that always strives for excellence.
