SCGC established “SCGC Staff Charity Funds Organization” and issued “Regulations on Management of Staff Charity Funds” in 2008. All employees and shareholders participate in the event, and SCGC organizes various charity donations and mutual help activities on a regular basis:
The company holds a charity sale every year. Contributions from employees, auction funds and donations from shareholders are included in the charity funds, accounted and managed independently;
Remittances were sent to the earthquake-stricken areas in Wenchuan, Sichuan to bring warmth to the people there in 2008.
SCGC once again donated to Sichuan Red Cross Society to help post-disaster reconstruction work in 2009.
SCGC remitted funds to the earthquake-stricken areas in Yushu County, Qinghai in 2010.
SCGC remitted funds to the drought-stricken areas in Qujing, Yunnan in 2010.
SCGC donated stationery to Air China Hope Primary School in 2011.
