Shanghai Chinllenge Gases Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SCGC”)completed the stock purchase of Anhui Century Industrial Gases Co., Ltd. and AnhuiChinllenge Gases Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Anhui SCGC”) wasestablished on May 31, 2018.
AnhuiSCGC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCGC, located in Fengyang Industrial Park ChuzhouCity Anhui Province and covering an area of 60 Mu. In 2010, Anhui Century enteredthe Fengyang Glass Industrial Park to provide integrated gas supply services,running two sets of cryogenic air separation units and corresponding liquidreserve systems. After the establishment of Anhui SCGC and under the technologysupport and market development support of SCGC, it will continue to supplyhigh-quality gas for the industrial park. Furthermore, it will explore thelocal and surrounding markets to provide excellent services to customers inAnhui Province.
Inorder to let the employees of Anhui SCGC understand the daily operation and managementrequirements of SCGC and Anhui SCGC, to know the development direction of SCGCand Anhui SCGC, and to be familiar with SCGC culture, the first staff meetingof Anhui SCGC was held under the organization of relevant departments of SCGC.Attendees were all employees of Anhui SCGC and leaders from SCGC.
Atthe beginning of the meeting, employees of Anhui SCGC gave self-introductions.Then, the General Manager of Anhui SCGC introduced the organization structure,daily operation and management requirements of Anhui SCGC. Later, the Chairmanof Anhui SCGC offered attendees a blueprint of Anhui SCGC’s future. At the endof the meeting, the Chairman of SCGC made a concluding speech. She emphasizedthe core value and vision of SCGC and showed attendees core competency andcorporate culture of SCGC.
