Shanghai Chinlleng Gases Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SCGC") recently has signed Letterof Intent with Russian PJSC Mikron, planning to establish a joint venture for production, supply and distribution of industrial gases and special gases mixtures in Russia.
Located in Moscow, Russia, PJSC Mikron specializes in producing electronics such as semiconductors, electronicschips, RFID marks, plugins and diodes. The company is experienced in exporting to Germany, China, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines and the United States. PJSC Mikron has the largest share in Russian semiconductors market.
On June 28th, Deputy General Manager of SCGC and International Business Development team hadproductive negotiations with five executives from PJSC Mikron including CEO. Asthe result of negotiation, both sides signed Letter of Intent and had dinnertogether. SCGC and PJSC Mikron are looking forward for cooperation anddevelopment of industrial gases market in Russia, sharing the experience andresources of both parties to grow together.
