At the end of 2018, the year-end conference and group building activities of Chinllenge Gas Group's business lines were held in Lianhua Island, Yangcheng Lake. Under the leadership of the Group's chief operating officer, 26 colleagues in the business line gathered together to summarize 2018, look forward to 2019, and gather strength and brainstorm for greater development in 2019.
Annual Meeting
The year-end meeting officially kick-started in the work summary of colleagues from business lines. The heads of each business branch made an analysis of the work in 2018 and shared experiences, and also introduced the results of new projects and new business. The group's chief operating officer fully affirmed the work performance and achievements in 2018, and carried out business development strategic deployment around 2019 and future company development, pointing out the direction for the victory in the new year.
Group Building Activities
After the end of the year-end meeting, a physical contest took place. In the team building project competition, the team members "follow me", the enthusiasm is high, the fighting spirit is high, the cheers are cheering, and the cheering sounds are endless. The whole competition presents a scene of unity, cooperation and aggressiveness. Through fierce competition, the champion was born. The group building activities not only allowed the body to be exercised, but also cultivated the positive mental state of the little friends, so that everyone could devote themselves to future work in a fuller state.
Brainstorming
Around the "how to better promote the company's brand", the participants carried out a wild brainstorm. Everyone you say a word, fully reflects the characteristics of the business development team's open-minded, agile and eloquent team. In the brainstorming session where the thoughts collided and sparked, everyone spoke freely and flashed a lot of bright spots, which is worth trying in 2019.
